To manage your Team84Official 2FA, you need to go to your profile photo > person icon > preferences

Token-Based Authenticator vs Physical Security Key vs Two-Factor Backup Codes
Token-based:
Token-based authenticator you can use a app such as Google Authenticator which will generate a random set of numbers every 30ish seconds which will grant you access to your account. You will be required to enter it ever login, however.
Physical Security Key:
This allows you to use a device (either your phone, desktop, or external device) that authenticates your account. If you use your device itself (phone, laptop, desktop) it generally will ask for your lockscreen code to login to the site (such as fingerprint, PIN, pattern, FaceID)
Backup Codes:
These are backup codes used in cases of you loosing your other login methods.
