Using the Modmail is a important part of being a moderator. It's easy to use. The commands are:

  • Reassign
  • AR
  • TP
  • CLOSE

Reassign

Reassign makes the current ticket assigned to another role. By default, tickets are auto assigned to the server moderators.

Example usage:

;reassign @owner

AR

"AR" stands for "Anonymous Reply". You're able to use it to respond to someone anonymously. Instead of showing your name, it'll show "STAFF"

Example usage:

;ar This is a anonymous response

(NOTE: This supports file uploads!)

TP

"TP" stands for "Ticket Reply". You're able to use it to respond to someone.

Example usage:

;tp Dude that's wack!

(NOTE: This supports file uploads)

HOW TO USE FILE UPLOADS

To use file uploads as an admin, the either AR or TP command(s) and attach files to the message that's running the commands.

HOW USERS OPEN TICKETS

If a user wants to open a ticket, tell them to just run the /newticket command (it's an SLASH command!)

CLOSE

The "close" command will close the ticket and alert the user that the ticker has been closed. This is used if the issue has been resolved or acknowledged.

Example usage:

;close

(NOTE: This may in the future support automated closing however for now it does not)
